This is a setting of a Jamaican folksong, popularized by Louise Simone Bennett-Coverley (the Honorable Miss Lou) and arranged by composer Paul Rardin, featuring a Jamaican rap solo, performed by Matt McMurry (who gets an excessive amount of face time in this video and I don't mind cause he's C-U-T-E!) and various other shenanigans. This song was performed by the Grand Valley State University Varsity Men in February of 2009.
