Y&R: Adam and Rafe... You sure have a purty mouth (Part 2)

Okay, I have spent about an hour of memorizing these screencaps, because you know I will be trying Adam's moves out on someone very soon! I do not know who exactly, but when I find that certain someone, I will be caressing their soft pouty lower lip with one of my thumbs! While whispering, "You sure have a purty mouth, boy!"

The eyes are the windows to the soul... Well, Rafe I am looking at your soul, and it is beeeeegin' for Adam to bend your over his bed and have him fill your chocolate starfish with his chunky dick snot!

This latest turn to Adam's revenge story-line brings up so many questions! Is Rafe going to play along to exonerate his Aunt Estella, and in return, gaslight Adam!? Is Rafe just another pawn in Adam's game? Is Adam power top? Is Rafe a bossy bottom? Gun Oil, I-D, or Colt - which lube will they use!?! I guess we'll just have to tune in to find out!

July 16th!

Happy Birthday to ME! John Driscoll's first airdate is set for Thursday, July 16. Driscoll will be playing Phillip Chancellor IV. As I have mentioned before, he is rumored to be paired up with Rafe, who is currently tied up in the Adam storyline. I'm wondering if the writers will dare conjure up an Adam - Phillip - Rafe 3-way. Now that's what I call daytime drama!

Save Sordid Lives!

Sordid Lives
began as a play, developed into a film, and eventually morphed into a television series - all the while developing quite a cult following. It seems the show will not go on to a second season!

There has been a major grass-roots campaign started by the show's entire cast. First up, a series of videos featuring the cast. Then there's the online petition, which I have personally signed. And then there's also the Facebook page - where just about every day, a cast member posts a new picture, dressed as their character. They also encourage you to take your own picture holding up a sign to Save Sordid Lives. Done!

Michael Jackson

This is all I will say about Michael Jackson...

I find it hypocritical that Michael Jackson was the subject of ridicule/controversy most of his life (especially the last 2 decades), and now that he's dead, we have to honor and respect his legacy. Why should we ONLY do that when the person dies? So are we not to respect him or anyone else (famous or not) for that matter while they're alive?

Thank you Michael.

You sure have a purty mouth... [And so, it begins!]

Things are starting to heat up on Y&R! Adam
takes one for the team and seduces Rafe, in an effort to distract him from discovering incriminating evidence. I blogged earlier that Adam and Rafe would kiss... Well it turns out kissing is not all that Adam will do, as he goes balls deep to ensure his dastarly deeds (1. Injecting himself with botox to perpetuate his blindness. 2. Gaslighting a pregnant Ashley, which caused her to miscarry, and who is now enduring a hysterical pregancy.) are not brought to light.

I am happier than a pig in shit about this! This is the stuff of gay porn vidjeos!... And to see it in a soap, it's the fucking icing on the cake!

On a serious note... It is rather welcoming, as twisted as the storyline is, to see a soap actually go full force with the subject matter. It could be argued that perhaps AMC/OLTL/ATWT helped pave the way, yet their pacing (pussyfooting) and eventual mishandling of the subject matter have not necessarily delivered what fans were looking for. Fortunately, Y&R has always been known for their meticulously plotted storylines. And while we may not get the payoff of a love story between Adam and Rafe, we may get that in the near future between Rafe and Phillip Chancellor IV. This is definitely a "One to watch!" Tune in tomorrow...

Quote of the Day

People languish for years with partners who are clearly from another planet. We want so much to believe that we've found our other. It takes courage to recognise the real as opposed to the convenient. ~ Barbara Covett, Notes on a Scandal

Riding La Guagua Con My Sistah! Haaa-Suuuu!!!

Classic Soap: Days of Our Lives

They just don't write them, direct them, act them and certainly promote them like they used to. Here are clips from Days Of Our Lives: One Stormy Night which aired January 1992 - the first primetime special for the popular soap. The special focused on two key storylines - the Bo/Carly/Lawrence triangle and the Jack/Jennifer romance. And as with any soap, then end is quite the cliff hanger!

Malaria Caca

Malaria Caca enacted a terrorist jihad on my auditory senses! GOD ON A WHEEL! What the hell is this heaping pile of mierda? Miss Caca you owe me 4 minutes and 5 seconds. I'd rather have Eva beat me with a hammer, shoot me up with Liquid Drano and chop up my body in a bathtub!

La Passion De Los Pies!

I woke up this morning feeling rather creative. I clipped a scene from one of my favorite import shows Kath and Kim (BTW: The American version sucks balls in panty hose!) and went at it! Here is the end result...

THIS MADE MY DAY!

This is a setting of a Jamaican folksong, popularized by Louise Simone Bennett-Coverley (the Honorable Miss Lou) and arranged by composer Paul Rardin, featuring a Jamaican rap solo, performed by Matt McMurry (who gets an excessive amount of face time in this video and I don't mind cause he's C-U-T-E!) and various other shenanigans. This song was performed by the Grand Valley State University Varsity Men in February of 2009.

From "Not So Fresh" to "Awesome Fresh!"

I feel like I have had one of those "not so fresh days". As a result of which, I gave myself a mini at home spa retreat consisting of the following:

The Great Asphalt Lawn at Time Square

Sections of Broadway from 47th to 42nd streets and 35th to 33rd streets have been closed to cars in a city effort to reduce traffic and pollution and cut down on pedestrian accidents. Pedestrians enjoying the good weather can even take a break to lounge in the beach chairs set up on the street.

Jules Verne / John Adams

This is footage of the Jules Verne ATV destructive re-entry after a mission to the International Space Station. The ambient music, Hymning Slews, from Shaker Loops by John Adams is one of my all time favorite instrumental works.

Penny! You know what I'm thinking...

Allison Harvard, the runner-up of Cycle 12 of America’s Next Top Model, was interviewed by Winston, the resident cat at FourFour. I think Penny should conduct an in-depth interview with Melos, King Gato!

Crazy Eyes

This gurl does things with her eyes that would make Ty-Ty Banks wet her pink lace knickers and lapse into a seizure! You'll see Ty-Ty's reaction below Crazy Eyes.

$22.47... Worth it!

Yesterday, I decided to treat myself to dinner in the city after getting my fitness on at Gold's. I dropped by Schnipper's Quality Kitchen, a new All-American eatery on the ground level of  The New York Times Building. What a meal! I had the Mac and Joe, Onion Rings and a Bacon Cheeseburger, which WAS worth the $22.47. This place will get a repeat visit, very soon.

Oh so the first self-pic... Yeah, my eyes are RAF'd! (Red as Fuck!)... My allergies have been knocking me on my ass! So yeah, I was NOT lighting da trees. And for those of you wondering... Yes, there is such a thing as Evil Dead: The Musical. I had the pleasure of seeing it almost three years ago. I'll post pictures of that at some point!

DOOO SOMMMETHING YOUUU STUPIDDD MODELSSS!!!

Okay I have a new reality show concept in mind. Paul Abdul and Janice Dickinson travel across the country in a Hot Pink Volkswagen Convertible Bettle. Or just throw them in a shopping mall to fend for themselves! She is a real life Patsy Stone. Sit back and watch the results of a night of booze and sleeping pills. I lurve it!
