Sordid Lives began as a play, developed into a film, and eventually morphed into a television series - all the while developing quite a cult following. It seems the show will not go on to a second season!
There has been a major grass-roots campaign started by the show's entire cast. First up, a series of videos featuring the cast. Then there's the online petition, which I have personally signed. And then there's also the Facebook page - where just about every day, a cast member posts a new picture, dressed as their character. They also encourage you to take your own picture holding up a sign to Save Sordid Lives. Done!
